Residential Cleaner

Pay: $16–$20/hr + tips
Schedule: Mon–Fri · 8 AM – 4 PM
Location: Du Bois & surrounding towns

The bread and butter of what we do. You'll clean 3–5 homes per day with a partner, using our checklist and our products. No solo cleans, ever.

What you'll do

Deep-clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, common areas to our checklist
Use only the non-toxic products we provide — no bleach, no ammonia
Communicate with the client when you arrive and when you finish
Re-stock supplies on your van and submit a daily punch-list

What we ask

1+ year of professional cleaning experience preferred (not required)
Valid PA driver's license + reliable transportation
Ability to lift 25 lbs and stay on your feet for a 6-hour shift
Pass a background check (required for bonding)

Commercial Cleaner — Night Crew

Pay: $18–$22/hr
Schedule: Mon–Thu · 6 PM – 10 PM
Location: Du Bois office + medical buildings

Smaller crew, evening hours, mostly empty buildings. Perfect for someone with a day job or daytime caregiving responsibilities.

What you'll do

Clean medical offices, retail storefronts, and small office buildings
Follow facility-specific compliance procedures (we train you)
Work mostly independently in 2-person teams
Lock up and submit photos of completed spaces nightly

Location: Field-based · Du Bois HQ

What you'll do

Lead a 2-person crew through 4–6 homes per day
Train new cleaners on our checklist and product system
Be the on-site point of contact for client questions
Submit end-of-day reports + flag any quality concerns

What we ask

6+ months cleaning experience (with us preferred)
Comfort having direct conversations with clients
Ability to coach a teammate without being a boss
Driver's license + reliable vehicle
